• Free Quizzes: Participation requires no payment.
• Paid Skill-Based Competitions: Quiz creators may set an entry fee, select winners, and determine a 3:2:1 prize structure.

Creators earn a fixed 10% creator reward from participant contributions. These rewards are not deposits and do not represent stored funds.

3. Registration

• Registration is free.
• Users must provide accurate and verifiable details.
• OEPF may suspend accounts found to be fraudulent or misleading.

4. Eligibility

• Users aged 18 or older may participate in paid competitions.
• Minors may join free quizzes under parental guidance.

5. User Conduct

• No cheating, automation tools, or manipulation of results.
• No exploitation of platform bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities.
• No offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.

6. Payments, Rewards & Payouts

All payments are processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave. LiveQuiz.ng does not store or handle card information.

• Reward Balance: Represents outcomes from quiz participation only. It is not a wallet or stored-value account.
• Payout Requests: Users may request payout of their reward balance at any time.
• Processing Fee: A 30% processing fee applies to all payouts.
• LiveQuiz.ng does not provide bank transfers, mobile money services, savings, deposits, or financial management features.

7. Platform Disclaimer

LiveQuiz.ng is a skill-based educational platform. Outcomes depend on knowledge, speed, and accuracy. No results or rewards are guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, designs, and content on LiveQuiz.ng belong to OEPF Information Technology. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

9. Advertising

The platform may display third-party ads. OEPF is not responsible for the accuracy or content of external advertisements.

10. Data Privacy (NDPR Compliance)

LiveQuiz.ng complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR 2019).
